Industrious partnered with Brookfield Properties, a developer and operator of real estate assets, to launch the new downtown Houston site. The 23,489-square-foot area has 60 offices, 277 desks, 10 phone booths and conference rooms of various sizes, according to a July 10 news release.
“This collaboration reinforces our commitment to delivering exceptional experiences and innovative solutions to hybrid employees throughout the Southwest,” said Peri Demestihas, senior director of real estate at Industrious, in a statement.
The location also offers amenities such as daily breakfast, weekly happy hours, office supplies, a wellness room and a fitness center, among others, according to the company’s website.
The company’s first Houston location can be found at 2101 CityWest Blvd., Houston.
