Uptown Park, a mixed-use retail development near Memorial Park, is adding new retailers, according to a Feb. 22 press release from the developer and real estate owner EDENS.

According to the announcement, four brands are coming soon to Uptown Park: Natuzzi, JuiceLand, sweetgreen and Hi, Skin. These concepts join Lombardi Cucina Italiana and Polesta, which are both scheduled to open later this year, per the press release.

“The evolution of Uptown Park over the last five years has solidified its position as a bustling hub for the city’s most sought-after dining and shopping,” said Tom Kiler, managing director of EDENS. “We are thrilled to add more first-to-market concepts to Uptown Houston and help expand the footprint of brands already within the city.”

Natuzzi

Natuzzi, a luxury Italian furniture designer, is coming to a 6,393-square-foot showroom in Uptown Park. This will be the brand's first free-standing showroom in Houston.

JuiceLand

Austin-based health food brand JuiceLand will be serving up cold-pressed juices, superfood smoothies and other specialties in a 700-square-foot space in Uptown Park.

sweetgreen

The national health-conscious food counter concept sweetgreen will soon call a 2,908-square-foot space in Uptown Park home.

Hi, Skin

Hi, Skin, a brand from Arizona will bring its customized facial treatments to a 2,261-square-foot space in Uptown Park, which marks the brand's first brick-and-mortar in Texas.
