The Woodlands has several local restaurants that will be offering turkey meals to-go and/or hosting Thanksgiving dinner to allow you more time to spend with your family and less time in the kitchen. Hubbell & Hudson Kitchen This chef-driven Thanksgiving meal will not sell whole turkeys, however it will include your choice of Chimichurri marinated turkey breast with sherry turkey gravy or Texas barbecue braised turkey leg and thigh with Texas bourbon barbecue sauce. Side dish options include fairytale pumpkin bisque, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, green bean almondine, roasted poblano cornbread stuffing, roasted butternut squash, Hubbell & Hudson mac ‘n’ cheese, sherry turkey gravy and cranberry sauce. Dessert options include pumpkin, pecan or chocolate cream pie, chocolate mousse and banana pudding. The buffet includes rotisserie turkey, roasted prime rib and bone-in southern cured ham. Side options include white cheddar au gratin potatoes and maple butternut squash. Made-to-order omelets, Belgian waffles, eggs benedicts and other traditional breakfast items will also be available. Complimentary mimosas will also be served. Three separate seatings will be offered in The Glass Room at 11 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m., while rolling reservations will be offered in The Woodlands Dining Room. Live music will be offered in both rooms and reservations are required.  For adults, the brunch will cost $62, children ages 6-12 costs $30, children ages 2-5 cost $22 and children younger than 2 will eat free. The dinner includes a sliced ham with pineapple glaze, sliced all-white meat turkey breast, house-made cornbread stuffing, giblet gravy, fresh cranberry sauce, whipped Yukon gold potatoes, seasonal fall vegetable medley, sweet potato casserole fresh baked rolls and pumpkin pie for dessert.
