Kona Grill in The Woodlands is a American grill with a Japanese fusion, which can be seen in its extensive drink menu.

One of the restaurant’s popular cocktails is the Sake sangria ($8.75), which is made with freshly squeezed fruit, Gekkeikan Sake and a choice of merlot or sauvignon blanc.

“You can find almost anything on our menu,” General Manager Jasmine Watkins said. “All of our cocktails are specially handcrafted, and we use fresh ingredients and fruits.”

Watkins said Kona Grill also features a variety of happy hour times: Monday through Friday from 3-7p.m. and 9-11 p.m., Saturday from 1-5 p.m. and all day Sunday. The restaurant also has a Wine Down Wednesday special during which bottles of wine are half-price.

Besides offering a variety of drink options, Kona Grill offers food items ranging from pork tenderloin to sushi rolls and flatbreads.
