Officials with Howard Hughes Holdings Inc. announced Sept. 10 three tenants have been confirmed for One Bridgeland Green, a new mass timber office building under construction in the Bridgeland Central town center.

The project is 80% leased with three tenants taking up 40,000 of the facility’s 50,000 square feet:The details

Along with development team members from the Howard Hughes staff, Bridgeland’s welcome center will be relocated to this site, officials said.

CrossCover Insurance’s corporate headquarters will also be located at One Bridgeland Green. The company provides insurance for commercial businesses.

Advanced Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine offers orthopedic and spine surgeons; pain management specialists; rheumatologists; an occupational medicine physician; in-house physical therapy; and hand therapy, according to a news release.

What else?

The office building broke ground in May and is set to open next summer as part of Village Green at Bridgeland Central. Also on-site is a new H-E-B opening soon, and several other retailers and eateries are in the works.
