Officials with Howard Hughes Holdings announced in a July 22 news release several businesses set to open in Bridgeland's new 70-acre development center, Village Green, during the second quarter of 2025.

Village Green is the initial phase of the future 925-acre urban district known as Bridgeland Central, according to the release.

Per the release, Jonathan’s The Rub will feature a casual, elegant 5,500-square-foot restaurant with a dining room, bar and an additional 2,600 square feet with two outdoor patios as well as American cuisine.
