Willow Creek Manor, a new affordable housing complex, will add 264 units in the Kohrville neighborhood in northwest Houston, WNC & Associates and Pedcor Companies confirmed April 24 in a news release.

The details

The $79.8 million project will span 261,228 square feet with 72 one-bedroom units, 156 two-bedroom units and 35 three-bedroom units. The plan for the complex includes a clubhouse, fitness center, swimming pool, playground and business center, according to the news release.

Each unit is geared toward families at or below 60% of the area median income, according to the news release.
