ZIP codes 77065, 77070 and 77433 saw declines in year-over-year sales while 77040, 77064, 77095 and 77429 saw more home sales this January.The median price of homes sold increased in four of Cy-Fair’s seven ZIP codes while 77040, 77064 and 77065 had lower home prices year over year.On average, homes spent about five additional days on the market this January compared to the same time last year. Homes in ZIP code 77070 saw the biggest jump in time spent on the market while homes in 77040 took the longest to sell on average.
