Andy Correa, owner of Andy’s Kitchen on Mason Road and We Wagon Catering in Cypress, said he plans to open a new concept called Andy’s Bar & Grill in February at 27200 Hwy. 290, Ste. 160, Cypress. The space was formerly home to Rio Lindo Mexican Grill, which launched in January and closed in mid-August.
“We’ll continue to have a neighborhood burger joint [at Andy’s Kitchen], and then the new concept is going to be pretty much the neighborhood watering hole,” he said.
The menu will feature American dishes, Cajun pasta, wraps, flatbread pizzas and other classic bar fare, he said.
