Officials said a grand opening is planned for Feb. 6 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m., when a $10 ticket will get customers a box of a dozen chocolate chip and snickerdoodle cookies, a $5 gift card and the chance to win a $100 gift card. A portion of proceeds from the event will support Graeme’s Superheroes, a nonprofit that funds congenital heart defect research.
