Officials with The Blue Rooster Irish Pub & Grill said the business held its soft opening Feb. 10.

Located in the previous Russo's New York Pizzeria building, The Blue Rooster is now offering a full bar and menu items such as burgers, fish and chips, fries and jalapeno poppers.
The bar features two pool tables as well as outdoor and indoor seating.
