According to permits filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, construction is slated to start later this year on a new location of
BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse.
Documents state a demolition of the existing building will take place, and a new 7,522-square-foot restaurant will be constructed on that site. As of press time, a representative with
Luby’s at 25660 Hwy. 290, Cypress, said the restaurant is still operating at this location.
BJ’s offers an extensive menu of appetizers, pizzas, sandwiches, burgers, salads, pasta, soups and steaks. Gluten-free options, desserts, a kids’ menu and a full bar are also available. The nearest location is at 7637 FM 1960, Houston, in the Willowbrook area, and there are several additional locations in the Houston area.
