A new location of Nothing Bundt Cakes opened in early March at 9822 Fry Road, Ste. 170, Cypress. The bakery offers bundt cakes in various sizes and flavors, including classic vanilla, chocolate chocolate chip, white chocolate raspberry, red velvet, confetti, carrot, lemon, marble and pecan praline in addition to rotating seasonal flavors.

Nonprofit organization Texas Litter Control will open a clinic in May at 19333 Hwy. 59 N., Ste. 230, Humble. The organization will offer various low-cost veterinary services, including spaying, neutering, general exams, vaccinations and heartworm prevention.

Hampton Inn & Suites slated to open Sugar Land location in May


Hampton Inn & Suites will open a hotel at the intersection of Hwy. 6 and Hwy. 90A in May.

Located at 218 Promenade Way, Sugar Land, the hotel will include amenities such as free breakfast and Wi-Fi, a fitness center, an outdoor pool and 3,000 square feet of meeting space, according to its website.

Breakroom Bagels opened at 202 Main St., Conroe, on March 2, according to business owner Ashley McIntyre. Operating as a food truck, the eatery offers East Coast-style bagels that have been boiled and baked.
