Ground is expected to break in September on Bishop Square Business Park, a 4-acre park that will feature 48,600-square feet of space across 10 condominium-style buildings on Mueschke Road north of Hwy. 290 in Cypress.
The project is being developed by Chris Gray and Ronnie Rabbitt with Aspire Technologies and Gambit Construction. Texas Sage Properties is handling sales brokerage for the project and is accepting presale contracts.
The development will offer offices of varying sizes from 1,215 square feet to 2,430 square feet, which buyers will be able to customize. Each condo unit will include a designated reception area, a kitchen, a restroom and private offices, according to officials with Texas Sage Properties. Costs range from $309,825-$619,650 per unit.
The project is slated to be completed sometime in 2021.
