Officials announced July 14 three new retailers opening this summer at Houston Premium Outlets, 29300 Hempstead Road, Cypress. M&J Powersports opened July 15, and Lululemon Athletica and TOMS are set to open by the end of the summer.

Think Geek—which sells computer and game-related novelties, apparel and accessories—and women’s clothing store Charlotte Russe are slated to open in Willowbrook Mall this fall, said Senior General Manager Sandy LaClave.
