Simon retail real estate company has announced three new retailers are coming soon to Houston Premium Outlets at 29300 Hempstead Road, Cypress.

M&J Powersports is set to open next to Vera Bradley this Saturday, July 15, with 4,574 square feet of recreational vehicles including ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, dirt bikes and go-karts. Superhero characters Iron Man, Wonder Woman and Batman will be in store for photo opportunities during the grand opening from 11 a.m.-8 p.m. www.mjpowersports.com

Lululemon Athletica will open with yoga, running, training and other athletic apparel late this summer. This will be Lululemon’s first Houston-area outlet store. The 3,802-square-foot store will be located next to Perry Ellis and across from Fossil. www.lululemon.com

TOMS is bringing its One for One business model to the outlet mall late this summer. Even at discounted prices, each product purchased helps a person in need. Specializing in women’s, men’s and youth footwear, eyewear and bags, this will be the first outlet store of its kind in Houston.
