Construction has been underway for a several months at the Miramesa Town Center, located along the Miramesa residential community at Fry and West roads, but now a preliminary list of tenants have been confirmed by developer Read King.

A total of 15 tenants have been confirmed across several buildings that are going up at the intersection and are in various stages of construction.

  • An additional 10,000 square feet of inline retail space is still available, and Read King is targeting a variety of users. Developers said they are specifically looking to include a few sit-down restaurants within the remaining space.
