The first multifamily housing complex in the Bridgeland master-planned community is under construction.

Judwin Properties is developing the luxury apartment, which will be called ParkLane Cypress. The 288-unit project will be located at 18515 Bridgeland Creek Parkway, Cypress, near Lake Bridgeland, according to Lorita Morgan, assistant property manager.

Studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans will be available, as well as furnished apartments. Pre-leasing is projected to begin this October, Morgan said.

Amenities include full-size washer and dryers and energy-efficient, stainless steel kitchen appliances. Select units will include soaking tubs, walk-in showers, built-in bookshelves, walk-in closets and attached garages, Morgan said.

Community amenities include a four-lane bowling alley with a private party room, a 13,000-square-foot clubhouse with a half-court basketball gym, fitness center, aerobics room, coffee bar, conference room and theater room. Outdoor amenities include a playground, a swimming pool with several lap lanes and spa jets and cabanas with tables and gas grills.
