1. Knockout Wear

A new Knockout Wear location will be opening in Willowbrook Mall, mall management confirmed in a Feb. 12 email. The clothing store—headquartered in Odessa—sells Western wear for women, men and children, according to the business’s website. Knockout Wear also sells perfumes and accessories, such as sunglasses, hats, belts and wallets.

2. Culture Shock

Culture Shock—a business selling card games and character figurines—will be moving to a different suite in Willowbrook Mall, mall management confirmed via a Feb. 12 email. The shop is moving from Suite 1577.

Culture Shock sells pop culture merchandise, such as Funko figurines, Pokemon cards and model kits, according to the business's website. The business was founded in 2013 with an online shop before eventually growing to four total locations in the Greater Houston area.

3. Sake Sushi N’ Ramen

After undergoing project delays, Sake Sushi N’ Ramen is tentatively slated to open soon at Willowbrook Mall, according to a Feb. 12 email from mall management. The restaurant—which was originally expected to open in the fall last year—will be located in the mall’s food court.4. Hollister Co.

Hollister Co. has closed for a remodel of the store in Willowbrook Mall, mall management confirmed via a Feb. 13 email. The renovations will include replacing the storefront—which features a “tiki hut” design—with a new, more open entry that better showcases the merchandise with lots of glass, according to the email.

After opening at Willowbrook Mall in September, Sock Emporium will be moving to a new space within the mall, mall management confirmed in a Feb. 12 email. The store sells a variety of colorful and patterned socks for men, women and children as well as sock designs with characters featured in TV shows, movies and pop culture. Sock Emporium was previously located in Suite 1376.
