Highpark will house 336 units with one- and two-bedroom residences ranging from 567 to 1,294 square feet and 13 different floor plans. Residents will have access to community amenities such as two dog parks; a resort-style pool with a tanning ledge and an outdoor lounge; a fitness center with an interactive virtual trainer; covered, reserved parking spaces; and garages. The clubhouse itself is 8,600 square feet and features conference rooms, private workspaces and other amenities.
