Guardian, a height safety products and services company, has secured a lease for 71,645 square feet of industrial space in the Willowbrook area, according to a news release from Colliers.

While no properties are currently under construction in the business park, according to the release, 2 million square feet of industrial space became available during the second quarter of 2023.
