In six of the eight Conroe- and Montgomery-area ZIP codes, the median home price saw an increase year over year in October. 77303 saw the largest increase of 25.18%—going from $232,450 to $290,973.
Of the homes that sold in October in Conroe and Montgomery, 53.6% of them were priced between $250,000-$499,999.
Also of noteIn six of the eight ZIP codes in the Conroe and Montgomery area, the average time homes spent on the market increased year over year in October. The ZIP code 77301 saw the largest increase, with homes going from spending an average of 43 days to an average of 76 days on the market.
