Senior living community Woodhaven Village breaks ground on new cottages

Woodhaven Village, a senior living community located at 2275 Riverway Drive, Conroe, broke ground in October on 10 additional cottages, slated to be complete in spring 2022. The luxury independent-living cottages range from 1,300 square feet to nearly 1,600 square feet. Woodhaven Village is home to 17 cottages, which opened in January 2017 and were fully occupied by October 2018, sparking a waitlist. The new cottages are underway to meet the demand, according to Woodhaven Village. Woodhaven Village offers a continuum of care with independent-living, assisted-living and memory care options.
