Construction is nearing completion for luxury outdoor resort Happy Goat Retreat, according to Executive Operations Director Kassandra Owens. The retreat is slated to be open to the public at 13651 Shepard Hill Road, Willis, this summer. The property will offer 15 lodging units made by upcycled cargo shipping containers.
