Montgomery Self Storage completed its expansion of its property at 1418 FM 2854, Conroe, according to a press release on Dec. 27. The construction coincided with TXDOT’s widening of FM 2854 from two lanes to four lanes. The work added approximately 42,000 square feet of storage area to the property, including a three-story, climate-controlled building and three non-climate-controlled buildings.
