Mark Keelen and incumbent Nate Robb won the races for Montgomery ISD Positions 6 and 7, respectively, according to unofficial voting results from Montgomery County.

In the race for Position 6, Keelen received 73.17% of the vote, or 1,478 votes, over fellow candidate Bryan Bahr, who received 26.83% of the vote, or 542 votes.

Robb received 65.19% of the vote in the race for Position 7, while challengers Josh Jaros and Kyle Calhoun trailed with 18.8% and 16.01%, respectively.

In the race for Position 6, Keelen has 915 votes, while candidate Bryan Bahr has 272 votes. In the race for Position 7, Robb has 830 votes while challengers Josh Jaros and Kyle Calhoun have 193 and 187 votes, respectively, according to unofficial voting results.

Position 6 incumbent Matt Fuller did not file for reelection, according to prior reporting.

MISD spans 217.89 square miles and is made up of 9,889 students and 11 schools, according to the district’s website. The district is also celebrating its 100th anniversary this year, Community Impact previously reported, with a historical marker ceremony held April 30.
