Willis ISD hosting job fair; Montgomery ISD plans community fundraiser

Willis ISD will hosta districtwide job fair May 1 from 8:30-11:30 am at the Career & Technology Center located behind Willis High School at 40 FM 830, Willis. The district will have representatives from every campus and auxiliary department, including maintenance, child nutrition, transportation and custodial. Attendees should bring copies of their resume and be prepared for interviews.


Montgomery ISD's Education Foundation will host its first "Together We Grow" community fundraiser April 7 from 7-11 p.m. The event is a remodeled version of the foundation's annual gala and will take place outdoors at the Old Community Center in Montgomery. The event will be a casual, adult night out with live music and a BBQ dinner. The goal of the foundation is to support each of the district's campuses through scholarships, grants, special projects and other financial matters. To purchase a ticket, click here.
