Hacienda Mis Padres celebrated its 10th anniversary serving the Conroe area Feb. 18 and held a celebration event March 8 featuring a live mariachi band, officials said.

Restaurant officials also said Hacienda Mis Padres is introducing kid movie nights at the restaurant in April and May. On kid movie nights, kid-friendly programs will be played on a 100-inch screen with seating available for children. Officials said movie nights are scheduled for April 6, April 19, May 4 and May 24 at 6 p.m.

Hacienda Mis Padres is known for its authentic Mexican cuisine. Menu items include tamales, quesadillas, tostadas, fajitas, steak, tacos and enchiladas as well as margaritas.
