“We are focusing on the upscale experience,” co-owner Rommel Gonzalez said in the release. “We want our diners to know that our menus will be comfortably priced, but we will give you a five-star experience every time you visit us.”
Gonzalez previously worked as the general manager at Brennan's of Houston and Fig & Olive, according to the release. Gonzalez's new endeavor with co-owner George Best will offer lunch, brunch and dinner with craft cocktails, a wine list and a variety of liquors also on the menu. The duo is also planning monthly wine dinners and spirit tastings, according to the release.
“My lifelong dream of opening my own concept came to me over the years as I experienced many restaurants, bars and lounges throughout my travels in Europe and South America,” Gonzalez said. “I always wanted to open a concept that’s appealing to our Texas values but also gives you the sense of being anywhere in the world.”
The menu spans more than 400 items, serving American-style cuisine with international flavors, according to the release, and guests can enjoy indoor or patio dining as well as private dining spaces for larger groups.
“We are carefully choosing the right staff members to give you a private club member vibe—without all the hassle of a membership,” Gonzalez said. “We want to become a staple location for all residents and visitors in the area.”
