Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is in the works for 1413 N. Loop 336 W., Conroe, in the former location of Ryan’s Buffet, company officials confirmed in an email. The Conroe location is in the architectural and design phase, and it does not yet have a timeline for construction.
