The Cuterie will also serve four charcuterie classic board options, shareable platters, salads and appetizers alongside beer and wine pairings. Customers can enjoy dine-in options as well as to-go, delivery and catering services, Snell said.
"We want to put a modern twist on the way people enjoy charcuterie boards, so we will still have that artful presentation and the flavors of the meats and cheeses that most people know, but more of an individual style," Snell said in a Jan. 30 interview. "Our concept is kind of like fast-casual charcuterie."
The Cuterie will also include work spaces for those who would like to have working lunches, Snell said. The eatery is planning for lunch and evening hours, she said.
"We're hoping to catch a lot of date night people on the way to maybe a bigger meal, but all while being able to offer enough to get you full while you're there," Snell said. "A one-stop shop or it can be a pre-stop before a date night."
Starley said she brings her experience owning Social Spreads and creating charcuterie boards to the new business venture.
