The new community will be located within the larger community of Moran Ranch, which is located along I-45 near The Market at Willis shopping center, according to the news release.

The new multifamily community will feature 120 one-bedroom units, 114 two-bedroom units and 18 three-bedroom units across nine three-story buildings, according to the news release. Fidelis Willis’ will include amenities such as a 24-hour fitness center, clubhouse, pool, dog park and game room.
