Home sales have begun in Summer Place, a single-family development located in Montgomery, according to a Sept. 19 news release.

Tricoast Homes, the company developing the community, is offering $25,000 buyer incentives or a $5,000 bonus to selling agent to interested early buyers, according to the news release.
The 10-acre Summer Place development, which broke ground early June, will feature 67 homes starting at $399,999, Community Impact previously reported. There are six floor plans to choose from, with homes ranging from 1,979 square feet to 2,477 square feet.
