Rockrose Ranch at Lake Conroe, a manufactured home community developed by Inspire Communities, is celebrating the opening of its clubhouse and introducing new homes on Sept. 21, according to a Sept. 9 news release.

The development, with options for all ages and those 55-plus, is located near Lake Conroe. During the grand opening event, attendees will be able to tour new homes, which will feature yards with privacy fences and front porches, according to the news release.
The clubhouse will feature a fitness center; a studio for arts and crafts; multipurpose rooms for things like yoga; and gathering areas, according to the news release. The clubhouse’s outdoor amenities will include a heated lap pool, pickleball courts and bocce ball courts.
