What would your top priorities be if elected?<br>

My top priority will be making life more affordable for Texas families by lowering energy costs, cutting taxes and regulations, strengthening American supply chains, and supporting good paying jobs. Every policy decision should help preserve the American Dream and make it easier to raise a family, own a home, and succeed.

How will you ensure your constituents receive the resources they need in a redrawn<br>congressional district?

I’ve already begun connecting with local leaders and communities across TX-8 to better understand their needs. I’ll continue listening and working with them to provide responsive constituent services, help residents navigate federal agencies, and make sure every county has the support it needs.

What is needed to balance growth and affordability in Texas?

Texas must remain a place where families can afford to live, work, and raise their children. We can support growth by keeping taxes low, cutting burdensome regulations, unleashing Texas energy, and allowing the free market, not government bureaucracy, to meet the needs of our growing communities.

What projects are most important for Congress to focus on for the future of Texas?

Texas has one of the nation’s leading economies, is the top oil and gas producer, and is home to the energy capital of the world. Congress must invest in energy and water infrastructure, cut burdensome regulations, and ensure Texas can continue driving economic growth and unleashing American energy dominance.

How will you ensure your constituents receive the appropriate aid after natural disasters?

The Greater Houston region understands the devastation caused by flooding and severe weather. I will work before disasters strike to strengthen flood control infrastructure and improve preparedness. I will push federal agencies to respond quickly, remove unnecessary delays, and ensure aid reaches affected families, businesses, and local communities.

What would your top priorities be if elected?

Lower costs for groceries, childcare, and housing. Fight for a living wage. Support Medicare for All. Protect voting access and Social Security. End abusive immigration detention practices with strict oversight and accountability. I'll fight for everyone in our district, every single day.

How will you ensure your constituents receive the resources they need in a redrawn congressional district?

I'll show up everywhere in the new district, listen first, and build real relationships with every community, not just familiar ones. My office will stay accessible and responsive, fighting for federal resources based on need, not politics, so every constituent gets the same level of service and attention.

What is needed to balance growth and affordability in Texas?

Texas needs smart growth: more affordable housing supply, higher wages so families can keep up, and infrastructure investment that keeps pace with population growth. We can't let growth outrun affordability. That means cutting red tape for housing while protecting renters and homeowners from being priced out of their own communities.

What projects are most important for Congress to focus on for the future of Texas?

Congress should focus on federal disaster and flood mitigation funding for Texas communities, federal investment in grid resilience and interstate energy infrastructure, and Army Corps water projects. I'll also push for federal housing programs that boost affordable supply and federal highway funding for aging interstate infrastructure across the state.

How will you ensure your constituents receive the appropriate aid after natural disasters?

I'll push FEMA to speed up aid delivery and cut red tape that delays relief for families. I'll fight for full federal disaster funding for Texas, hold agencies accountable for slow or unfair responses, and make sure my office actively helps constituents navigate the federal aid process after every disaster.
