High Meadow West, a residential community located along FM 1486, has begun selling 1-plus acre homesites, according to a Jan. 23 news release.
The 1,600-acre community will house 1,000 families once it is completed, according to the news release. Homes must have a minimum of 3,200 square feet of living space, with back- or side-facing garages.
“Land sales in section one have exceeded sales expectations during our presale period,” High Meadow Development owner David Frey said via news release. “This community is in an amazing location with great schools, and the land has really nice topography. Now is the time to tour and find a prime site.”
High Meadow West will also feature a recreation center, a community pond, walking trails, pickleball courts and a splash pad, according to the news release.
“High Meadow West continues our family history and vision to provide families with the freedom allowed in an acreage community while still enjoying the benefits of a planned neighborhood,” Frey said via news release.
An information center is open daily at 25397 High Meadow West Drive, Montgomery, according to the news release.
