Highland Homes has announced plans to introduce a new townhome development in Woodforest, a master-planned community in Montgomery, according to a Sept. 12 news release.

The details

The townhomes, with 86 available, will be located in the Kingsley Square neighborhood within Woodforest. Two series of homes will be offered, according to the release: The Patios Collection and The Villas Collection.

Both collections will offer four floor plans each with three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and two-car garages. Homes in The Patios Collection will range in size from 1,795 to 1,849 square feet while The Villas Collection ranges from 1,761 to 2,297 square feet.

The townhomes will be priced from $400,000, and preselling is expected to begin in late fall 2023, according to the release.

What they’re saying

The introduction of these townhomes is expected to create a more urban streetscape within the Woodforest community, Virgil Yoakum, senior vice president and general manager of Woodforest, said in the release.

What else?

Highland Homes also offers single-family floor plans priced from the $370,000s in The Crest neighborhood of Woodforest.

Woodforest features homes from various builders, with prices ranging from $300,000 to over $1 million, including those in Bonterra at Woodforest, a 55-plus, active-adult neighborhood, that’s part of the master-planned community.
