“Chambers Creek is the perfect community for active adults ready to enjoy their golden years,” Coventry Homes Region President Paul Blackburn said in the release. “Our floor plans are designed to be sensitive to the needs of seniors without sacrificing the luxury and sophistication they have come to expect from us.”
Floor plans and pricing have not been released for Coventry Homes. Prospective homebuyers can join a VIP list to receive more information about floor plans and pricing.
Home sales are expected to begin this summer, said Jennifer Symons, vice president of marketing for Caldwell Cos., the firm developing Chambers Creek. Chambers Creek will include 3,500 homes on 1,200 acres with a grand opening in the fall for the community’s private golf course, Symons said previously.
Symons previously said the community will offer residents a private marina on Lake Conroe; trails; a wellness center; outdoor fitness stations; a resort-style pool; a community garden; and courts for pickleball, bocce ball and tennis.
"It's not every day that you get both golf and lake access in a single community, so that's been a big draw so far," Symons said.
Symons said in January she anticipated model homes will begin construction in February or March at Chambers Creek.
