Developer Caldwell Homes has announced the construction of the Heritage Collection, a series of single-story floor plans designed for the 55-and-up community in Chambers Creek.

The proposed Heritage Collection is a series of single-story homes with two to four bedrooms, kitchen space, and outdoor living areas, with prices starting in the $380,000’s, according to a July 20 news release.
The purpose of the Heritage Collection is to “Improve the lives of as many homebuyers as possible, and we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to enjoy active adult living in a community like Chambers Creek,” said Brandon Dobbs, vice president of operations at Caldwell Homes.
