Trendmaker Homes has finished clearing about 95 acres just south of Pine Valley Drive in Conroe with the intent to build about 335 homes. Reforestation and replanting will now take place, per city of Conroe ordinances, according to Joe Mandola, president of Trendmaker Homes Houston.
Construction on the model homes and recreation center is expected to begin in March 2021, and home sales are set to start in fall 2021. There will be about 335 home sites, which will be about 40-50 feet by 125 feet, and home sizes will range from about 1,600 square feet to 2,675 square feet. Pricing has yet to be determined, according to Mandola.
The community, which does not yet have a name, will be built in phases. The first phase will be available in fall 2021, and the second phase will be developed and released as the community progresses.
