UPDATED: H-E-B employees in Cypress test positive for coronavirus

After announcing April 6 two H-E-B employees at different store locations in Cypress had tested positive for the coronavirus, the grocery company retracted its statement, clarifying only one employee had tested positive and the other employee’s test was incorrectly reported as positive.

Cy-Fair ISD cancels 2020 proms, announces alternate plan for graduation ceremonies

Cy-Fair ISD officials announced in a video April 6 that all proms planned for this spring have been canceled, but graduation ceremonies are still scheduled for late May with backup plans in place.

Lone Star College-Tomball Health Science Building to temporarily house TOMAGWA HealthCare Ministries

The Lone Star College Tomball campus’s Health Science Building will serve as a satellite clinic for TOMAGWA HealthCare Ministries, a clinic for uninsured patients. The temporary change will allow the clinic to see individual patients while limiting potential exposure to the coronavirus.
