A new 45,000-square-foot Crunch Fitness facility valued at $6 million is set to open this spring in Conroe, bringing residents a modern, full-service workout destination, according to an Oct. 20 news release.

Operated by franchise group The Undefeated Tribe, Crunch Fitness will feature amenities including high-intensity interval training zones, Olympic lifting platforms, cycling and yoga studios, HydroMassage beds, red light therapy and Kids Crunch babysitting services.

Founded in 2018, The Undefeated Tribe has rapidly expanded to 41 gyms and was recognized as Crunch Fitness’s Franchise of the Year for excellence in business and community engagement. The group plans to open 60 additional locations across Texas and neighboring states by 2028.

Pre-sales for memberships will begin this winter, with early sign-ups eligible for $1 enrollment, a free first month, and a complimentary personal training session, per the release.
