"This building is going to be unique because it's going to house both our bank and our insurance agency," CEO and President Chris Doyle said. "Conroe is an exciting market for us to be in."
It will house a full-service bank with an ATM, drive-thru and night deposit, along with mortgage lenders, personal and commercial lenders, small-business lenders, and insurance company representatives. The facility is anticipated to open in early 2024.
Texas First Bank was established in 1973 and is celebrating 50 years. The bank, which started in Hitchcock, has 27 locations around Houston.
"We started this bank 50 years ago as a community bank," founder Charles T. Doyle said at the groundbreaking.
