On the heels of La Madeleine, First Watch Cafe and Cold Stone Creamery opening this winter in Grand Central Park's 336 Marketplace, additional restaurants and retailers have been announced for the commercial center. 336 Marketplace is located at the southwest corner of I-45 and South Loop 336 in Conroe.

According to a March 15 news release, Feng Cha Teahouse is expected to open in April. The franchise serves smoothies, milk tea, Thai tea and boba tea.

The Noodle, a fast-casual restaurant offering a variety of ramen dishes and Korean barbecue, is also expected to open in April. The Noodle will also include a full bar.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is slated to open by year's end in 336 Marketplace, dishing up its made-to-order smoothies, sandwiches, wraps and flatbreads, according to the release.

In 2024, Petco is anticipated to open in the second quarter.
