Previously named Landmark of Conroe, The Landings of Conroe has been undergoing extensive remodeling and upgrading since Hilltop Residential acquired it in June 2018. Renovations include remodeling the office, fitness center and pool; repaving the parking lot; adding new signage at the entrance; upgrading the landscaping; power-washing all of the buildings; and cleaning the gutters. Management is also redoing the apartments with new flooring, cabinets, light fixtures and faucets and has added washers and dryers in every apartment.
