In-person programming has resumed at the West U Recreation Center, according to a Nov. 6 news release from the center.

Some of the programs that have returned to in-person include aqua CrossFit, ballet, Pilates, private swim lessons, youth and adult tennis, youth swim fit and yoga flow.

A complete list of current programs can be found here or by calling the recreation center at 713-662-7420.

That does not mean virtual options are unavailable, however.

A spectrum of virtual programs including children, adults and senior adults is still available and can be found through the center’s webpage.

Programs continue to follow recommendations for COVID-19, according to the news release and will be updated as new recommendations or mandates are distributed.
