The next location for Harris County Public Health's free mobile health program is coming to a Precinct 1 location on June 8. Wellness on Wheels will be hosted at Sunnyside Health and Multi-Service Center from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

Attendees will have access to the following free services:
  • Breast and cervical cancer screenings
  • Vaccinations
  • Dental screenings, including fluoride applications for children
  • HIV and sexually transmitted infection testing
  • Lead poisoning testing
  • Health service referrals
Pet owners will also be able to use the following services:
  • Vaccinations
  • Microchipping with a two-pet limit per household
  • Low-cost adoptions
HCPH also announced future dates in other precincts:
  • Precinct 3: Aug. 3
  • Precinct 4: Dec. 7
The mobile health event is open to all Harris County community members, and services are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the news release.
