What strategies would you use to build trust and rapport within the community you’re serving?

The best way to build rapport with our communities is to be accessible, have an open door, listen to concerns and never back down from talking through challenges. We need to have a presence at neighborhood meetings and town halls, so our residents know we are listening to their concerns.
