The neighborhood bar in Memorial is planning to open a second location off Bissonet Street, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing.
About the project
Known for creating an environment similar to a living room hangout, By Popular Demand was designed to be a place where friends and neighbors can relax and socialize, according to the bar’s website.
The new location is expected to span 4,677 square feet and cost $500,000, according to the filing. The project is slated to start construction Nov. 17 and be completed May 4. Details are subject to change.
