Trendy Korean pastry shop opens in Chinatown

A new pastry shop opened in Bellaire earlier this month and is trending online for its homemade kream bombs.

What’s special about it?

Originally from Los Angeles, Le Kream is a popular pastry shop that went viral for making cube-shaped croissants filled with creams like tiramisu, matcha, strawberry, black sesame and chocolate.

The store also serves spannars, a type of Austrian coffee with two shots of espresso, unique flavors and whipped cream, including the Espresso Kream Spannar and the Ube Kream Spannar.

The store’s Instagram states it is open every day starting at 12:30 p.m. and closes at 9 p.m., or whenever they sell out. However, according to an Instagram post, Le Kream sells out frequently so the owners have limited kream bombs to two per person and encourage customers to arrive early to avoid waiting in a long line outside.
